Payments

Babies Nest accepts payment by PayPal or direct deposit. Credit card payments can be made via PayPal.

If payment is not received within 3 days of ordering, your order will be cancelled and items returned to stock.


Shipping and Handling:

All orders are sent by standard Australia Post.

Please select 'Insurance' when checking out if you would like your order sent registered mail.

Orders can also be sent express post for an additional fee, please select 'Request Totals' at checkout, then send us an email requesting express post once your have completed your order. We will be in touch with your new totals.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item once it has been sent. However, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to work something out with you if we can.

Once order is shipped, you will be notified via email. Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 working days after payment is received.

Customers from SE Melbourne may be able to organise pick or delivery of your order. Please select 'Request Totals' at checkout, then send us an email to make necessary arrangements. We will be in touch with the updated totals (to remove shipping costs). Arrangements must be made within the same day as when orders are placed.

International customers, please contact us for a shipping cost before ordering.


Refund or Exchange Policies:

We will be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Product must be in good original condition. We will refund the full amount minus shipping and handling charges.
